Harappa is an amazing place to learn! Since Day 1, I have received so many opportunities to learn new skills and pick up things that I never thought I would! The sheer diversity of work along with the wonderful people to work with, makes every day at Harappa, an interesting day.

Working at Harappa gives you the chance to work with some of the smartest people you will meet—organizational culture allows you to pick intellectually stimulating projects that are fun to work with, work in groups that are amazing to learn from, and space to become amazingly productive. In an individual contributor role, you will have enough space to experiment, be creative and take ownership of your projects.

Harappa allows me to experiment and take ownership of projects. This has made me feel responsible for following through and demanding the best from myself. I enjoy the camaraderie that we have as Harappans! A collective love for learning, laughing, and of course high-quality output.

Harappa is a place where good is not great for us and values are not an ATM but a growing tree. We strive to move from collaboration for creation to collaboration for high performance. My aspiration for Harappa is to aim towards a caring yet performance-focused culture. One of my key learnings from our culture has been to not shy away from difficult conversations. Another one for me is that Happiness is a bar that always needs to be raised and our love for food should always be a binding force to bring everyone together. Overall, I have a lifetime of gratitude for Harappa.

I always wanted to work in a company where ideas are valued over hierarchy, and I have experienced that at Harappa. I have complete freedom to experiment with new ideas to achieve my professional goals. Harappa offers a unique learning environment and a collaborative culture where we challenge each other to achieve more every day. I am proud to be a Harappan!

Harappa has been a great place to be, and it has exceeded both personal and professional expectations for me. Harappa is where we all come together with a strong passion to make a change in people’s lives. The potential of our work keeps us rooted and driven to our cause. Having been part of the company since its very first days, I have seen it grow immensely and it’s such a fulfilling feeling to witness this coming to fruition; from being playful to focused, from a small team to a bigger one, and onto now becoming a workplace bustling with more and more people. Harappa is a place where I found a family outside of my family. There is a long road to cover for sure, but I have been immensely lucky and grateful for my journey as a Harappan.

As a self-employed freelancer, I had little to no full-time experience when I joined Harappa. But the way my ideas were invited showed me just how much we appreciate diverse backgrounds here. It has been a rollercoaster ride and I’m happy to be on it. One thing’s for sure: no two days at Harappa are the same!

Harappa’s culture is one of high challenge but also one of high support. You are given complete ownership of your work and encouraged to share your ideas. You will be given room to make mistakes and encouraged to learn from them.

At Harappa, I have come into my own and am in constant awe of the talent I’m surrounded by. No organization in my career has given me more than Harappa has, and I am eager to give back.
