Tell someone to do something, and they may or may not. Persuade them to do it, and you can consider it done.

Persuasive speakers are an irresistible force who choose their words with care and wield them with dexterity. They speak with conviction and passion, and induce others to accept their viewpoint rather than force it down their throat. With logical reasoning and carefully-worded arguments, they get their listeners to buy into new ideas, change their opinions and act as per their wishes.
